Day 1: Welcome to Oslo !
Highlights
Arrival to Gardermoen in Oslo. The airport is located 47 km northeast of Oslo and the best way to arrive to the city center is by the airport train or bus from Gardermoen.
If you arrive early we recommend you to buy the Oslo Pass. You can purchase the pass at the Tourist Information Center or through hotel receptions and many other official sale points in Oslo. The Oslo Pass is a terrific value that will allow you free admission to many attractions and museums as well as special offers to many restaurants, shops and more.

Day 2: Norway in a Nutshell® Fjord Tour - Flam Railway

Highlights
After breakfast you will make your way to the station in Oslo to board your Norway in a nutshell tour to Bergen. This railway journey is voted one of the 20 best in the world.
You travel through fairytale landscape, charming villages like Gol and Geilo with beautiful waterfalls and deep blue fjords that this journey is known for. In Myrdal you will switch trains and take a side trip on the Flåm Railway one of the world’s steepest tracks. Many people say the railway between Oslo and Bergen is one of the most beautiful railway journey in the world, and this side journey with Flåm railway is the most stunning section. In Flåm you will have free admission to the Flåm Railway Documentation center, located close to the railway station. This Journey will literally and figuratively leave you breathless!
We recomend you to book luggage transfer for this tour. You luggage will be picked up in Oslo and wait after you in Bergen. Price per item is 40 EUR.

Day 3: Norwegian Fjords - Naeroyfjord Unesco heritage site

Spend your morning in the lovely town Flåm. Flam is situated in the municipality of Aurland with 450 inhabitants. In 1960 most of the people in Flåm were farmers, nowadays most of the inhabitants work in the tourism industry or on the railway. After lunch you will board the fjordcruise to the UNESCO World Heritage Nærøyfjord, the narrowest fjord in Europe. The cruise takes you to Gudvangen where you will take the bus to the outdoor capital in Norway, Voss. From Voss you take the train again all the way to Bergen for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Day at leisure and activities in Bergen

Bergen offers a wide range of sights to visit and lots of exciting activities. We recommend the wonderful views from Fløibanen Funicular or Ulriken Cable Car. Take a walk to the harbor, with UNESCO World Heritage site, Bryggen. For your afternoon in Bergen there is a large variety of interesting activities, galleries and museums to visit.
Here are few choices that we recommend:
Bryggen harbor area where the very first buildings were constructed. It is one of Norway’s main attractions and is on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. The magnificent architecture of these wooden buildings is carefully preserved and hosts a variety of restaurants, shops, offices, artists’ studios, craft workshops, and the Bryggen Museum.
The Fish Market in the heart of Bergen is a must see and one of Norway‘s most frequented outdoors markets. For your evening in Bergen there is a large variety of delicious international restaurants, small cafés, bars and nightclubs to choose from.

Day 5: Railway Tour to Oslo

Today you will head to Bergen Central Station for your return journey to Oslo. The capital is the most populous city in Norway and the fastest growing major urban area in Europe. Today Oslo consistently ranks as one of the best cities in Europe in terms of quality of life. Oslo is a great city to visit year round, with activities for each season. Full of energy, a friendly atmosphere and nature at its doorstep. Explore the attractions such as the Vigeland Sculpture Park, the Royal Palace, Akerbrygge harbor area and Bygdøy peninsula with many museum such as Viking Ship Museum, Fram museum and the Norwegian Museum of Culture History.
